How do I choose my size?

A size guide is available on the product pages to help you choose the best fit. If you are unsure between two sizes, please feel free to contact me before placing your order.

Can I request a custom creation

No, I don't do custom creations.

What are the production times?

Illustrations, stickers, patches, and accessories are generally available immediately. For clothing, you can expect a turnaround time of about a month, depending on fabric availability from my supplier and the number of orders currently in production.

If I order accessories AND a garment, what are the shipping times?

If your order includes a garment, it will be shipped once the order is complete.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

I use only Mondial Relay for shipments. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email within 48 hours allowing you to select your pickup point for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

For the time being, my creations can only be shipped to France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Netherland and Luxembourg.

How to care for your textile creations?

To preserve your creations:

  • Wash at a maximum of 30°C

  • Delicate cycle recommended

  • Avoid tumble drying

  • Gentle ironing on the reverse side

  • Do not iron directly over embroidery, prints, or patches

  • Specific care instructions are provided where necessary.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me promptly with photos of the issue. Each situation will be carefully reviewed to find a suitable solution.
